The Regularity Audit Division is responsible for conducting certification audits of the accounts of government departments and offices, the Housing Authority, the trading funds, and the funds established under section 29 of the Public Finance Ordinance, as well as non-government fund accounts; and audit work under section 8 of the Audit Ordinance.
