Code on access to information

Departmental Secretary is designated as the Access to Information Officer of this Commission. She is responsible for ensuring that requests for access to information under the Code are properly dealt with in accordance with the specified procedures.

Written requests for information or records held by the Commission should be addressed to:

Requests may be made by letter or by application form.

The application form is available:

at the Reception Counter of this Commission on the 26th floor, Immigration Tower, Wan Chai, Hong Kong;

at the Public Enquiry Service Centres of all District Offices; or

by downloading the PDF form (43KB).

Other than publications which are available free of charge, or at a price specified, the photocopying charge is HK$1.00 per copy (in black and white) unless otherwise provided by enactment or approval by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury.
