Audit Commission participated in a flag-selling activity

In response to the Government’s appeal to the civil servants for participating in more charity and volunteer events, the Audit Commission (Audit) participated in a flag-selling activity of a non-governmental organisation (NGO) on 17 September 2022.

The activity was held in Wan Chai and Admiralty.  The participants, comprising Audit staff and their family members, considered the event very meaningful as it could raise funding for the NGO and showcase Audit’s support to create harmony in the community.

“I highly appreciate colleagues and their family members who chose to sacrifice their rest time and commit themselves in the volunteer activity”, said Prof. Nelson Lam, the Director of Audit, who participated in the event and showed support to the participants, “I hope they all enjoyed it and got something back in return, spiritually.”
