Remarks:
  1. Regarding written complaints, we will provide a reply, or an interim reply, within 10 days from the date of receipt. A substantive reply will be provided within 1 month from the date of receipt for cases where interim replies have been issued.
  2. Should you wish to ask for a review of the handling of your complaint, please write to the Commission's Complaints Liaison Officer by post, email or fax to the abovementioned address, email address or fax number.
  3. Should you wish to send an encrypted message to the above email address, please download the e-Cert of the Audit Commission from the Hongkong Post.  For detailed information on the use of e-Cert, please browse the e-Cert user guide of the Hongkong Post.
  4. The Commission will not accept underpaid mail items. Please pay sufficient postage to ensure that your mail items can duly reach us.
